Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed or shipped.  If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it,  you must contact us within 12 hours.  Once the packaging and shipping process has started,  we may no longer be able to Change or cancel the order.  We process our orders timeously, so please contact us promptly if you wish to make any changes, thank you.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.  Therefore, you can request a refund or re-shipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (Maximum of 35 days not including 1-3 day processing)*.
  • you receive the wrong item.
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unopened and unused).
  • Item is defective.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You order the wrong item, although we will do our best to assist you and effect an exchange for the correct item if this is possible.

*Our shipping times are usually 7-14 days, the maximum of 35 days is to cover countries outside the UK, EU and USA.  You will probably receive your products much before the stated shipping times.  Due to Global Shipping, the extended period is required, for some countries, Islands and outlying Territories.

Some products have a warranty or guarantee, these products can be returned to manufacturer within the warranty/guarantee period.

*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired or after you receive the item.  You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or sending us an email at customerservice@huberly.com.  We will always endeavour to solve any problems you may have and try our very best to solve any problems you may encounter, we want you to have a great shopping experience with us.  Your satisfaction is our first priority.
