We are proud to offer free global international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. However, we endeavour to pay taxes and customs duties before they arrive at your destination at our own cost. We cannot guarantee that all customs duties or taxes will be paid before your parcels arrival, since every country is different and different rules and regulations apply.

*This doesn’t include our 1 – 3 day processing time. Our Usual Shipping time is less than 10 Days. Our estimated delivery times are not including public or festive holidays that may delay your parcels arrival. We shall contact you if you have purchased during these periods, in case your parcel may not arrive in the expected time.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
