1 ) Install software in computer

2 ) Connect all cables, such as analyzer machine cable connect with PC, USB software dongle connect computer USB port .

3 ) Run the software , insert client information like name, age etc.. handtouch analyser / some models are hand hold test handle, choose start testing.

4 ) 1 minute, it will automatically show the test results.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

You receive the wrong item
